WE’RE HIRING!
This is a rare opportunity to create and work in your own private practice setting (not a big agency with a myriad of other clinicians and clients, not getting to see the type of clients YOU wish to see.) You set the hours, types of clients you work best with, and everything else is taken care of (billing, claims, eligibility, etc.) Minimum of 20 clients per week is preferred.

Full Job Description
A chance to learn Complex Trauma Treatment modalities for independently licensed clinicians. Looking for a highly-motivated *independently licensed mental health practitioner* to see clients in our high-quality small agency setting… as well as in your own setting doing Telehealth during the Covid-19 modified period.

This job will have minimal oversight and requires a strong ability to work independently. Clinical supervision available when needed and upon request. Most clients seeking help at this agency are adolescents or adults with insurance who have some sort of trauma, relationship difficulty, depression, anxiety, or stress.

Compensation: $50 per clinical hour, paid every other week. We pay GRTs, and will pay for no-shows if you collect no show fee.

Required: You MUST be independently licensed and have practiced 3+ years, possess a counseling Master’s degree and be living in NM!!!

Preferred: Interested in treating complex trauma and expanding their ability to treat using somatic and structural dissociation models. Rachelle Mechenbier will provide training and supervision using complex models for effective trauma treatment. Clinical training in an evidence-based modality (DBT, EMDR, MCBT, etc.)
